Section 13(2) in The Assam Cattle Diseases Act, 1948
(2)For the purpose of including any such animal the veterinary officer may, by notice in writing, call upon the owner of the animal to produce it for inoculation at the time and place specified in such notice and such owner shall give that officer reasonable facility and assistance in carrying out the inoculation.
