Section 2(b) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(b)"access" or "egress" means passageways corridors, stairs, platforms ladders and any other means to be used by a building worker normally entering or leaving the workplace or for escaping in case of danger;
