(1)An application for refund of 'spoiled' or 'misused' or 'not required' E-Court Fees certificate shall be made in the Form prescribed along with the E-Court Fees certificate to the Collector within whose jurisdiction the E-Court Fees certificate is required to be locked by the Court for use.
