Section 56(3) in Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947
(3)On the issue of an order of dissolution under sub-section (1) election of members shall be held under the provisions of this Act or of the rules made thereunder on or before the date specified by the [State] Government and the board shall be re-established by the election, appointment or nomination of members under the aforesaid provisions on such date as may be specified by the [State] Government.
