(5)The fees payable for the licence referred to in Sub-rules (1) and (2) and for its renewal shall be specified in Schedule VII :Provided that an additional fee at half the rates specified in Schedule VII shall be payable by the applicant if he is permitted by the Controller to make the application for the renewal of a licence within a period of one month from the date of expiry of the period of validity of the licence.
