Section 13(ii) in Licensing of Tenements and Sites and Services in Chandigarh Scheme, 1979
(ii)The competent authority shall determine the compensation after hearing the allottee concerned and after making much inquires as he may deem fit. In doing so, the competent authority shall have regard to the cost of construction and depreciation on account of usual wear and tear.
