Section 12(6) in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019

(6)In the event of the post of the Vice-Chancellor remaining vacant for any reason, it shall be open to theChancellor to authorize a senior regular Professor in the service of the University to exercise such powers, functionsand duties of the Vice-Chancellor as the Chancellor may deem fit;
