Section 30(1) in U.P. Zila Panchayats (Election of Adhyaksha and UP-Adhyaksha and Settlement of Election Disputes) Rules, 1994
(1)If the nomination of any candidate is rejected by the Returning Officer, he shall pass an order for the return of the deposit made under Rule 8 to the candidate or to the person who made the deposit.
