1. Ms. Anita Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioner appears and states that the balance amount has been deposited in terms of the order dated 18th September, 2023. She further requests for liberty to serve the respondent Nos. 2 to 7.
2. Issue notice by all permissible modes, including through electronic mail on steps being taken by the petitioner before the next date of hearing.
3. Notice is being issued in context of the observations recorded by this Court in order dated 18th September, 2023 relating to a possible settlement.
