Section 14 in The Jayanti Shipping Company (Acquisition Of Shares) Act, 1971
14. Act to have overriding effect.
The provisions of this Act or any notification, order or rule made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any law other than this Act or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Act or in any order made by a civil court.
