In order to keep watch on the disposal of court case instituted by or against the government and to ensure that effective measures are taken by all concerned for proper and timely pursuance thereof, it has been decided that all the officers incharge of court cases will send monthly progress reports in the enclosed proforma so as to reach this office by the 10th of every month.
