Section 14 in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
14. Service Book.
- There shall be a Service Book for every employee in which shall be entered all matters relating to his service in the University. The Service Book shall contain in particular a history of his service from the dale of his appointment including increment, promotion, reward, punishment and all other special events of his service career. The Service Book shall also contain a Leave Form for the employee showing a complete record of all earned as well as unearned leave except casual leave, taken by him. Tire Service Book shall be in the form as prescribed for the employees of the Tamil Nadu Government.
