Section 20(1) in Board For Industrial And Financial Reconstruction Regulations, 1987
(1)The Board or, as the case may be, the operating agency, may call for such additional information as it considers necessary in connection with any enquiry or investigation under the Act or any of these regulations from the informant or any authority, public financial or other institution, or any other person.
