Section 274 in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
274. Duty to render accounts.
- The executor shall render accounts of his management to the heirs or their lawful representatives. For this purpose, the executor may, if necessary, file an application to the competent court. Where inventory proceedings are instituted, such an application shall be filed in the same proceeding.
