Section 11A(4) in Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966
(4)Any dispute arising out of contract farming agreement shall be decided by the Registering Authority. He shall resolve the dispute in a summary manner within thirty days from the date of reference of dispute by giving the parties a resonable opportunity of being heard, in such manner as may be prescribed.
