Section 12(6) in The Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine (Election) Rules, 1967
(6)The elector shall not put his signature on the voting paper or make any other mark on the voting paper which will reveal the identity of the elector. If any elector does so, the whole voting paper will be deemed to be invalid.
