Section 34(7) in The Jharkhand Area Autonomous Council Act, 1994

(7)A minimum of 25 percent of the State's Annual Plan shall be specified for the Area of the Council:Provided that in case of the revision of the size of the annual plan, the specified amount for the Area may be revised.
