48. Hearing of Appeal.
- The Commission shall hear the appeal from the decision of the Electrical Inspector in the same manner as applicable in the case of hearing before the Commission provided for in the Chapter II above and if the Commission considers that the appeal has no merit, the Commission shall be entitled to dismiss the appeal at the preliminary admission stage as provided in Regulation 12(10) after giving an opportunity to the appellant concerned.
