When the matter was listed on 25.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners and even when the matter was listed on 06.06.2019, none appeared for the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent reported that the accounts of the petitioners were de-freezed.
3. Even when the matter is listed today, there is no representation for the petitioners. The submission made by the 3rd respondent is un- rebutted.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
