Section 15(2) in The Haryana Prevention of Beggary Rules, 1972
(2)The details of the daily routine and employment of the inmates during the various hours of the day shall be fixed by the Superintendent with the approval of the Chief Inspector who shall have power to make changes therein from time to time, if necessary. The approved timetable in this behalf shall be displayed on the notice board of the Reception Centre and the Certified Institution.
