(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall have application in respect of -(i)ex-officio members referred to in section 19;(ii)ex-officio members referred to in section 22, but not including members of the Syndicate who are not otherwise members of the Academic Council referred to in item (e) in sub-section (1) of section 22.
