75. Grant of certificate of Election to the Returned Candidate.
- As soon as may be after a candidate has been declared by the Returning Officer to be elected under rule 39 or 74, as the case may be the Returning Officer shall grant to such candidate a certificate of election in Form 24 and obtain from the candidate an acknowledgement of its receipt duly signed by him and immediately send the acknowledgement to the District Election Officer.
