Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014.(2)It extends to the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region as declared under sub-section (1) of section 3 of this Act.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
