Section 5(1) in The Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972
(1)It shall be lawful for the State Government at any time to cancel, by publication of an order to that effect in the Official Gazette, the notification made under sub-section (1) of section 3 in respect of the whole or any party of the area specified therein.
