Section 115(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitain Water Supply Sewerage Act, 1989
(1)No suit or prosecution shall be entertained in any court against the Board or against any officer or employee of the Board or against any person acting under the order or direction of the Board or any officer or employee of the board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or regulation, made there under.
