Section 14(1) in The Assam Reorganisation (Meghalaya) Act, 1969
(1)The persons entitled to vote at an election of members shall be the persons entitled by virtue of the provisions of the Constitution and the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), to be registered as voters at elections to the House of the People.
