Section 20 in Malabar Compensation for Tenants Improvements Act, 1899
20. Saving clause.
- Nothing in this Act shall be construed as taking away the right of any person who may be entitled by law or custom to claim compensation for any improvements other than those dealt with under the provisions of this Act.
