Section 6(1) in Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law in the time being in force or in may contract or instrument, all unpaid accumulations shall be paid to the Board which shall keep a separate account therefor until claims thereto have been decided under the succeeding provisions of this section.
