(2)Bhang may be exported to places in India from a bonded warehouse or from a place of storage in district mentioned in paragraph 935, provided it is purchased from a supply contractor holding licences in Forms I.D. 15 and ID. 16.Note. - Export of charas from Uttar Pradesh is totally prohibited.
