Section 114(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)Subject to the provisions hereinafter contained the regulations in this section shall apply to :(i)Sailors on continuous service terms ;(ii)boys and apprentices ; and(iii)reservists when called up for service or for training.
