Section 5(b) in The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Provident Fund Rules, 1959
(b)"Emoluments" means pay, leave salary and any other special pay sanctioned by the Board but does not include, traveling allowance, dearness allowance, conveyance or such other allowances.
