The respondents/State has filed an application seeking analogous hearing of these bunch of Writ Petitions alongwith Writ Petition No.18811/2013, Writ Petition No.3519/2015, Writ Petition No.16817/2016 and Writ Petition No.19268/2016 pending before the Principal Bench of this Court. It is not in dispute that the issue involved in these bunch of Writ Petitions and Writ Petitions pending before the Principal Bench. However, this application is to be considered by Hon'ble Chief Justice on administrative side.
