1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Leaders and Chief Whips of Recognized Parties and Groups in Parliament (Facilities) Act, 1998.(2)[ It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of February, 1999.] [Substituted by Act 18 of 2000, section 2, for sub-section (2) (w.e.f. 5.2.1999).]
