Section 4(2)(a) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at Family Court, Junagadh and Courts under the jurisdiction of Family Court, Junagadh (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013

(a)one or two Judges of the Family Court, Junagadh, in terms of the Judgement in the case of Vishaka, one of whom shall be the Chairperson of the Committee, to be nominated by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Junagadh;
