Section 1 in Rajasthan State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force at once.
