45. Power Mayo-in-Council to appoint sub-committees.
- The Mayor-in-Council may appoint one or more sub-committees from amongst its members, which shall consist of such number of members as it may fix and may refer to it any matter pending before it for enquiry and report or opinion.[x x x]
