Section 50 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
50. Protection of action taken under the Act.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.(2)Save as otherwise expressly provided by or under this Act, no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
