(a)to evolve and achieve an integrated approach to youth development for preparing and empowering the youth for the future, by-(i)providing action oriented research inputs for policy formulation;(ii)implementation of policy through extension and other programmes;(iii)promoting assessment and impact study and conducting teaching, training and other academic programmes;
