Section 7(a) in Bihar Enlistment of Contractors Rules, 1992
(a)Contractors desiring enlistment in this class shall be private or public limited concern. The contractors who are neither Public or Private Limited concern can also be registered in this class, but before their renewal of registration they will have to get converted and registered into Private or Public limited concern otherwise their renewal of registration will not be done.
