Section 38 in The Orissa Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
38. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or any other person appointed under this Act in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules made thereunder.
