Section 1 in The Petroleum And Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Procedure For Development Of Technical Standards And Specifications Including Safety Standards) Regulations, 2009
1. Short title and commencement .-(1) These regulations may be called The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Procedure for Development of Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards) Regulations, 2009.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
