Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Fees and Fines Regulations, 2004
(1)The fees to be accompanied with application for grant of licence under subsection (1) of section 15 of the Act shall be as prescribed by the Government under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 180 of the Act.
