Section 54(1) in The Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Act, 2004
(1)The Authorities of the University may, by notification in the official Gazette, make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes,-(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum;(b)providing for the matters which by this Act or the Statutes have to be provided by Regulations ;(c)providing for any other matter solely concerning such authorities and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes.
