Section 189(ii) in Rules Under the Land and Revenue Regulation
(ii)The license shall not in any way injure any trees, standing crops, buildings, huts, structures or other property of the occupier of any land or of any other person except with the consent of such occupier or person or in the case of his refusal, without the written authority of the Deputy Commissioner.
