12. Officers of the University. - The following shall be the officers of the
University, namely: -(i)The Visitor;(ii)The Pro-visitor;(iii)The Chancellor:(iv)The Pro-Chancellor;(v)The Vice-Chancellor;(vi)The Pro Vice-Chancellor;(vii)Deans of Faculties;(viii)The Registrar;(ix)The Finance Officer; and(x)Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of theUniversity.
