Section 93(4) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(4)If the Authority fails to make a draft scheme and publish a notice regarding its making within the period specified in sub-section (3) the declaration shall lapse, but any such lapse of the declaration shall not debar the Authority from making a fresh declaration any time in respect of the same area.
