27. Penalty for contravention of certain provisions of the Act.
- Whoever contravenes any other provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made there under or fails to comply with any order or direction given under this Act, for which no penalty has been specifically provided, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extent to one year and with fine which may extent to five thousand rupees.
