(2)In addition to any of the provisions mentioned in sub-section (1), the sewage disposal scheme mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 33 may provide for the construction of outfall works, pumping plants and sewage treatment and disposal works together with the construction of such sewers and outfall channels as may be necessary for bringing the sewage into the pumping plants and discharging the effluents.
