22. Review and Appeal.
- (i) The IG Registration shall be competent to review any of his orders passed under these Rules provided new facts and information is brought to his notice.(ii)All orders passed by the IG Registration under these rules shall be appealable before the Member, Board of Revenue, whose decision shall be final.
