233. Prohibition as to refusal to pay or avoidance of payment of toll.
- No person taking to a toll bar any vehicle, carriage, cart or animal, not exempted from toll, shall refuse to pay the toll nor shall any person fraudulently avoid taking to a toll-bar any such vehicles, carriage, cart or animal with the intent to evade payment of the toll.
